I am on a blood thinner that requires me to get my blood drawn regularly. I was originally getting it drawn at an Aurora center but change to the Greenwald location as it is closer to my home. Not one time did it hurt at the Aurora center, once I switched to the Greenwald center I had pain every single draw. I started going home with bruises, bubbled up stick areas, and pain. If there is any question for you needing lab work, I suggest NOT getting it done at the Greenwald center.

They tell you to go to emergency area when your checking into urgent care because it's not busy and won't cost more. Then you get treated and THEN they tell you it's $250! When you call to complain, they say they'll look into it and never get back to you?! Sounds Shady to me!!!
They never have any appointments and their business practices are incredibly shady, I'm done. I would rather drive a half hour than work with their clinic in Mukwonago.
