This place is wonderful. I have never had a bad experience. I have been going here since it opened.
My wife doesn't like to write reviews so I will for her on what she has told me. She has gotten 3 massages from Woodhouse. She really enjoyed the 1st 2. She was pregnant for the 3rd and experienced some unexpected faintness during a pregnancy massage at Woodhouse. This was about 10 minutes into the massage. She had to leave her massage after those 10 minutes and they charged her the full price. She immediately called her doctor and went in to see her doctor who put her on bedrest for a couple days. I understand that my wife had the full hour booked, but being charged for the full hour when clearly something went wrong during her massage is just a blatant disregard for another human. My wife has not been back since because she felt this was disrespectful. I asked her tonight about getting her a massage gift certificate and she said anyplace but Woodhouse. She felt it was that disrespectful. So even though this is our hometown spa, I will look elsewhere when finding a place to book her a massage.
Relaxing friendly atmosphere. The young ladies help me get my wife a wonderful spa day. Made her feel relaxed and pampered.
My wife set up a massage for me here. Jennifer did a great job!! The establishment is extremely clean and the employees that work are friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend having a massage done here.
