I went to Amato Ford after being treated badly at Lynch. When I called Eric he was very nice and took his time and listened to me. Eric helped me and got me just what I was looking for! Not pushy at all just trying to make a good deal for everyone!
The service department is super fast! They thought the repair would take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes to complete, so I decided to wait. They were finished and my Ford Focus was ready to go in only 45 minutes! Thanks for being so quick and reasonably priced.
I really like the service from all departments. I feel you can trust the mechanics. I need that, being a woman. We are taken advantage of in some places.
Eric and the team at Amato Ford went to bat for me and my less than great credit, getting me into a great car at a great price, with terms that worked for me. Within six months we were back to trade in another car, after a bad experience elsewhere with a dealership that refused to "ride with us every mile' and would not make the situation right. Even with the negative equity, they worked hard to get us the right car on the right terms. When our cars need service, we are always well taken care of. When the time comes, we'll be back for our next car purchase!

The sales man that i met with (Tim) was super nice. everything was going well and then the sales manager stepped in to talk pricing. he introduced himself and asked my offer. i started by stating the fair price from KBB and he just stood up and walked away. He didn't even let me finishing talking, he just walked away. They were asking 10 grand for a 10 year old vehicle with 100K miles. Apparently i was the unreasonable one for starting with the fair market value price.... I would have paid more but he wasn"t interested in fair and reasonable compromise.... Sales manager was just super rude! I'm giving an extra start for Tim's kind service
