Had a stripped lug nut, from a different business, that I couldn't remove. Stopped by on a Saturday with no appointment just to see if they had any suggestions or would be able to take a look. With in 10 minutes the truck was pulled inside and fixed with no cost to me, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. Was completely impressed with the whole experience. Thanks again.
Took my car here for a check-up. Got a very unusual and unexpected diagnosis for a brake problem. Having never been here, I took it to another mechanic an hour west that I was familiar with and they completely backed up everything the tech at J&N had mentioned. Seems like a good, thorough and honest place. Quick lube place had poured power steering fluid into my brake lines and hosed everything.
